Shipping & Returns

OUR POLICY ON RETURNS: At Roadless Gear, LLC - we demand nothing less than your complete and total satisfaction. We will gladly accept the return of any merchandise that for whatever reason does not meet with your approval and will issue you a full refund on your purchase price. All we ask is that you return it to us in the same condition in which it arrived. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges and must contact us within 15 days of receiving their goods to obtain an RMA number. Please do not return anything without first obtaining this RMA number. We hope you will understand that we cannot accept returns on custom or special orders.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS: Some items we keep in stock.  Some items are large and heavy and it just does not make since to pay to ship them twice (once from the manufacturer to us and again from us to you).  To control costs (and keep our prices lower) we do not always keep everything we offer in stock.  Some items will be "drop shipped" direct from the manufacturer to your door.  Normally, there are no delays in processing your order.   But sometimes there may be a 1 or 2 day delay before shipping.  Nothing too long.   On the rare occasion that the delay will be more than a week - we will certainly contact you and give you the option of waiting or cancelling your order.  Also, occasionally the price may change on an out-of-stock item due to an unexpected cost increase from the manufacturer that we were not aware of.  If this happens, we will contact you and ask if you wish to continue your order at the new price, or cancel your order.
