OUR POLICY ON RETURNS: At
Roadless Gear, LLC - we demand nothing less than your
complete and total satisfaction. We will gladly accept
the return of any merchandise that for whatever reason
does not meet with your approval and will issue you
a full refund on your purchase price. All we ask is
that you return it to us in the same condition in
which it arrived. Customers are responsible for all
shipping charges and must contact us within 15 days
of receiving their goods to obtain an RMA number.
Please do not return anything without first obtaining
this RMA number. We hope you will understand that
we cannot accept returns on custom or special orders.
OUT OF STOCK
ITEMS: Occasionally, the price may change
on an out-of-stock item due to an unexpected cost
increase. If this happens, we will contact you
and ask if you wish to continue your order at the
new price, or cancel your order.
DISCLAIMER:
