Searching for Date Ranges
You can restrict your searches to a specific date range. This is
a very powerful feature to help reduce the number of mathching messages.
For example, you know the keywords of a message you want to find but
they are common words and match too many results. But you remember
that the original message was sent last month. Simply add a date range
starting with the beginning of last month through today.
This is also a good way to monitor all messages sent on a specific
day. Just enter the same date for both starting and ending dates.
Note: you must enter dates using the format YYYY-MM-DD. Which is
to say, the year must be first and it must be 4 digits (i.e. 1998
not 98), followed by a dash and then 2 digits for the month (01 not
1), followed by another dash and finally 2 digits for the day of the
month.
